Deleting from Outbox

I have a 10mb file in my outbox that will not send or allow me to delete it - how do I get rid of it?????

Pace Outlook in off-line mode (File-> Work Offline) and restart Outlook
(make sure the outlook.exe process doesn't run anymore before restaring
Outlook) You should now be able to delete it. Do't forget to put Outlook
back on-line!
