I just switched from entourage X to 2004 and I have started accumulating
"ghost" messages. Some are junk mail and others are from a list-serve that I
subscribe to. When I hit delete, the message is not crossed out, and the
cursor goes to the next message. These messages end up getting deleted from
my IMAP server, but they still appear in my entourage inbox and I can't
figure out any way to get rid of them (I've even tried dragging them to the
trash and that just copies the message). Restarting the program and the
computer does nothing to alleviate the problem either. I've only used the
program for two days and I have three messages that I can't get rid of. Has
anyone run into this problem and found a way to fix it?
