Deleting Messages in Inbox

I've been using Entourage on the Mac for a few months. I had been using
Outlook on the PC for many years now. One of the things that is driving me
nuts, is that when I delete a message, Entourage automatically highlights
the message ABOVE the deleted message, and not the next message. Is there
anyway I can change that setting? Thanks for any help you can provide!

Hi John,

If you click on the column heading (such as Sent or Subject ... whichever
you're using to sort by), it will re-sort from bottom to top and the next
message below will be highlighted instead.
