In my Entourage 2004 for Mac (11.2.3 (0602090) Mail I periodically
receive email messages in my preview list that appear in gray and
contain a symbol consisting of an outlined x over a downward pointing
triangle. These seem to be permanent messages, as I cannot delete them
in any of the ways I've seen in prior messages on this list for
removing pesky messages. I want to keep other messages in the list but
remove these. This happens even if I neveer open the messages. Can
anyone help?
