Deleting multiple Categories

After attempting a sync with Apple's AddressBook - I managed to end up
with thousands of categories in Entourage that are all identical. I
don't want to have delete each of these individually. Is there a way
to clear out the Entourage Categories in a mass way - or completely
delete all categories and start fresh?

Select to Edit Categories. Under Edit in the Menu bar select Categories -->
Edit Categories. Select the category and delete it. You'll have to select
each category individually to delete unless someone else chimes in with a
way to select all and delete.

Note: The junk category cannot be deleted.
