Deleting names that pop up in the "to" field when sending email

I am running Entourage 11.2.5 on a mac OX10.4.10. I was wondering how to get
rid of the email addresses that automatically pop up when you start typing
in an email address you need (in the ³To:² line, for example addresses of
those I have either received junk from or those who I sent an email to only
one time. How do I get rid of those?

FYI... The latest update for Office is 11.3.7. (this brings Entourage up to
11.3.6)

These are the Most Recently Used or AutoComplete list. They never show up in
your Address Book, only in the AutoComplete list. Also, Entourage
automatically selects the address you will most likely want to send to based
on the text you've already typed.

BTW, this question has been asked here *many* times in recent past. In
the future, it would be so wonderful if you would get into the habit of
searching first to see if your question has already been answered!
Doing so helps you, because you get to see all the other answers to the
question in the past, and helps the rest of us, because we don't go
insane answering the same questions over and over. ; )
