Deleting notes in a Ppoint presentation

Does anyone know if there a simple way to delete notes? With recording macros
and my knowledge of Excel VBA I have been able to create a loop to go through
all the slides. In my test environment the object that stores the text for
Notes seems to be in a shape called "Rectangle 3". However when I have tried
to run the macro on another presentation the name of the notes shapes are
either "Rectangle 2" or "Rectangle 3074".

Any help gratefully received
