deleting old calendar entries

Click on Entourage>Preferences, Calendar, and enable "Delete non-recurring
events older than xx days" to make Entourage delete older events
automatically. Alternatively, create a Saved Search (File>New>Saved Search)
to find all events specified by your criteria (e.g. "older than xx days").
You can then select all these events (Edit>Select All) and delete them.

Yes, use a custom calendar view. If you look under at the examples under
Calendar Views. You can create a view to show all older events. Select all
in the view and click delete.

If you open All Events you can add a criteria for date.

Select Date Created, then in the next popup select the best option for the
date range you want.
