Deleting task assignment/update from SQL

Per an exchange with Gary Chefetez and Ken Flanagan, I
believe I have to delete these task updates (referenced
in previous posts pasted below) from the SQL db. Can
someone point me to the correct tables to delete these?
It's not just the task assignments from the corrupt
project, but really mainly the reported updates on that
corrupt project that are causing me headaches. I'm the
only one who really knows the system and I'm not a SQL
person (front end only) so I need to know what to guide
my Tech folks to do.

The only way I can think of is to fix this manually,
directly in the
database.

Kevin Flanagan replied to me yesterday with the below,
however in doing what he outlines below, I am still not
able to remove these tasks from the Update view when
doing my task updates each day.

Does anyone have any additional suggestions?

Part of the Clean Up Database page is the ability to
delete all task changes ent by resources, and I would
probably use older than, since you would want to keep
around the newer ones.
