deleting unwanted mail

I use Entourage X Service Release 1 as my email client at home where I run
Mac OS 10.2.8; and OE 5.1.6 at work where we are still using Mac OS9.

At work OE is set up to delete mail more than three days old which has been
moved to the "Deleted Items" folder. How do I do this with Entourage X?

The other complication is that some mail (a very small percentage of the
letters) in my Entourage X "Inbox" and "Deleted Items" folders are blanked
out and cannot be manipulated.

With a schedule - you can set 'aged' emptying of the deleted items folder in
the schedules.
