Deletions

I am leaving my job and a new user will be taking over my IMac G5, and
my entourage. After emptying my deleted items folder, do I need to
take any further steps to make sure all of my old email is completely
deleted, forever, or is that it?

Also, although I have cleared out my address book I notice that in the
"to" field of email, past email addresses I've sent messages to still
pop up when filling out the "to" field. Is there any way to completely
clean out the entourage, so that it is as if starting from scratch for
the new user?

I am using 10.4.11

Open your home folder and look for the Microsoft User Data folder inside
your Documents folder ( /Users/<home folder>/Documents/Microsoft User
Data ). Drag that folder to the Trash. Select Finder --> Secure Empty
Trash...
