delivery failure notification not received

Hi,

I am having a problem with entourage 2004 on a OSX.4 mac: I do not
receive the delivery failure notifications.

I know that is doesn't come frome my ISP or mail account, as I
receive the notifications on my old mac who is configured for the same
mail address.

Furthermore, I checked the spam folder, and they do not appear there
neither. I am not using any specific spam program, and as substitution
I am using the receipt option that I perfectly receive.

I am quite troubled, not finding on the web any solutions....

Can anyone help me?

Thanks

Exactly how do you know it doesn't come from your ISP? It's not an Entourage
function. How could it?

I know that it doesn't come from my ISP because I receive failed
delivery notifications on other computers connected on the same
internet connection, and I receive them on a computer configured with
the same email address. If it were an ISP problem, then It wouldn't
work on an other computer that has the same mail configured.
the problem is elsewhere. Therefore If someone knows...

Do those other computers have a different IP address? ISPs will block
incoming mail and put a IP address on a blacklist, if they think a spammer
is using the IP address. You may be able to send to some people and not
others because they are using a different ISP, who is not blocking your
messages.

Infortunately, they all have the same IP: behind a router. I can send
message withought anyproblem. Only if the mail is invalid should I get
this delivery failure notifcation. I do not receive it on one of the
macs. I know that the mail isn't blocked by the ISp, because I do not
get the notification when I try to send mail on a false email with the
domain name I own. The other mac gets a notification doing exaclty the
same operation....

I am perplex!
