This is what I get when trying to email this company. I don't send much
email so I don't know if it happens for anyone else. Can anyone help
me ?

It sounds like the server you're trying to send to is rejecting mail from
you or your domain to prevent spam. There's not much you can do, other than
trying to send from a different account.
