Delivery Options Delayed Emails

Hi all,

A user has been having this problem for quite a long time
now. Windows XP Professional and Office XP (All updates
and SP installed).

Everytime the user uses the message options and wants to
delay an email the email never sends when the specified
time has passed. No error message is ever received. After
many failed attempts by myself to resolve this, I ended up
re-cloning the PC two times and recreating the profile
several times and the problem still remains. I even
installed the OS from scratch w/out the clone and still a
problem. No other users on the network have this problem?
Could it be her email account on the Exchange server 5.5?
Any ideas?
