Delivery/Read Confirmation Reports

I am working in a high school with over 200 teachers. When my principal
sends an important e-mail, she sends it with read confirmation. Is there a
way to generate a single report as to who has not read the e-mail, as opposed
to having her inbox flooded with read e-mail confirmations? Thanks a bunch.
