Dell hard drives

I have an old Dell Dimension XPS D333 which has the hard drive partinioned
into C,D,E,F.

I want to convert the four drives into one C drive. I have looked at Setup
to see if I can change the drive letters but I could not see anything that
would enable me to do this.

Does anyone know how to reconfigure the hard drive as one C drive.I have a
back up of what I want so I do not mind formatting.
