Deployment issues

Trying to deplay Office 2003.
Need these requirements.
1. Deploy using group policy
2. Ingergrate SP1 into the deploy.
3. Leave installation files on workstations.

Using an MST file but can't get all requirements 2 and 3.
Anyone do this before? Any ideas?
