Dialing from Outlook

I would like to use another application to do dialing for me when
using Outlook contacts.
How can I turn Outlook dialer off?

when you open outlook in general or just if you open your contacts?

When I click on <Dial > I do not want to use Outlook dialer.
Where I can select the option 'Not to use Outlook dialer' ?

I do not have Outlook installed on my computer so I cannot check myself!!!!

Outlook diesn't have a dialer. It uses the Windows dialer.
