Dictionaries for MS Office v.X

How can I add an Italian and a German Dictionary/Spell Check to my
office version 10.1.5, purchased in France (English and French
dictionaries already included)

There aren't any dictionaries for languages other than English. The
spelling checkers will be on the Install CD in the "Compléments" folder.
Use the installer to properly install them then apply all the updates
again all the way to 10.1.5 (you'll need them...). Don;t forget to
repair permissions, especially after the process.
