Hi all,

Can someone explain to me what the difference is? With my inbox I can check,
send, delete emails, when I have my account in the folder list I can do all
this so whats the difference? Thanks :)

When you use the "On My Computer" inbox, all e-mail is being downloaded to
the computer and you work with messages that are stored in your database.

When you use "Allow Online Access (shows account in folder list)", you work
the contents of your mail server, meaning that when's something deleted,
it's gone. This also keeps material on the mail server so that the same
contents can be accessed from multiple computers.
