Difference in XP and 2002

Technically, no. There *is* a suite of programs called Office XP. There is
no such thing called Office 2002.

Good ol' Microsoft Marketing. Anything they can do to make it more
confusing, you know....

Just to clarify, the individual applications in Office XP are "<application
name> 2002." So, for example, Word 2002 and Excel 2002 are programs in
Office XP.
