Different Login Settings for Different Pages in Web Site

I am working with a church to create a new Web site. They would like to be
able to have different groups update their sections of the site (Ministry,
Youth, Education, Calendars, etc.). Is this possible in FrontPage? If I
have to set it up on the hosting side, how do I control user access from
FrontPage?

Thanks!

Yes if they all have FP set up a subweb for each section
See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;825451
Your host will have to support subwebs and unique permissions under the FP Server Extensions
