Is there anyway that I can have a start time & date in Los Angeles and an end date & time in Sydney such as a flight, as an event in Entourage. I can only seem to have the one time zone for the event. Sorry if it sounds basic, but just switched over from a PC.

I don't think any calendaring system would allow that. Set everything in
your primary time zone (Los Angeles). When you arrive, change your
computer's time zone settings to match your destination (Sydney). The
arrival time should be correct (assuming your plane arrives on time).

Hope this helps!

I'm going to guess that the only way is to figure the actual elapsed
time for the flight, enter that for L.A., and then when you arrive in
Australia, switch the time zone and it should adjust to the correct
arrival time. But I've never tried that.

I could set a different time zone for both start and end in Outlook before I switched to Mac. Having that facility kept all appointments relative (I travel a lot) to where I was. The problem with setting the entire flight from the Los Angeles is that it will always show the arrival relative to LA and not Sydney. I guess I have to have two events, one for the departure and one for the arrival. I wish they had that facility on Entourage like Outlook. Thanks for the advice
