Digital signature problem

I recently signed up for a digital signature certificate with Thawte, and am
trying to send digitally signed mail with it. However, when I send out any
mail with the signature, get a security notice with the message. When I look
at my sent mail, there is a notice that there is a security problem with the
messages. Looking at the details, I notice that the following message is
highlighted:

You do not trust the digital signing ID

I have tried importing every root certificate I could find from Thawte, but
still this problem does not go away. Has anyone encountered and solved this
problem?

Thanks,
Chris

You are importing the root certificate onto the X509Anchors keychain right?
Root certificates are not trusted unless they are on the X509Anchors
keychain.

If you use the Microsoft Office 2004:Office:Microsoft Cert Manager to import
it, it will put the root cert in the right place, and if you use the
Keychain access.app, you will need to make sure to choose the right keychain
to import it to.
