digital signatures

Hello, I am new to infopath and I need direction on what would be the best
information that is out there to help me create these digital signatures. I
have someone that wants to go paperless on all office documents. Is it
possible to just create a file with a captured signature of an employee to
include in the infopath form? I am also working in brower enabled forms and
wss 3.0? I have never done anything like this and what would be the
recommedation on digital signatures? Thank you for your time.
