dim text highlighted by animation?

Hello, I have a slide with a list of points, I would like the points to be
"greyed out" before I come to each one, then become highligheted as I discuss
the point and tnen dim back down, but not as dim as it was initially. The
idea being that I can prompt myself with the geryed out points, but the
audience could hardly read them, when I dicuss each point the item is
highlighed, hope this makes sense, Powerpoint 2002. Thank you, Tim

Timboo,
Try this approach:
1. Dim out all the items by applying a Change Font color animation as one
object.
2. Apply Change Font Color animation again to the shape this set the level
of animation to by 1st level paragraphs set to dim after animation to the
same color as the color in step 1.
