DirectDBNotifyWndProc error

Has anyone seen a error like this. If so, how can I fix it?
DirectDBnotifywndProc: MSIMN.EXE - application error
The instruction at "0x60347502" Refrenced memory at "0x60347502" the memory
could not be read.

This happens when I close the outlook express I have to click on the error
button twice to get out of it. It appears to have started right after I up
dated office with their latest up dates with some kind of junk mail filter
if I am not wrong.

MSIMN is Outlook Express. Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup like
