I use Entourage to access newsgroups at the University of Phoenix Online
where I am on the faculty. Everything except the Directory Service runs
fine.
The Directory Service account for the University is properly configured. If
I do a search for a farily unusual name, it will display the matching names.
I¹ve had displays with up to eighty names displayed.
However, if I do a search for a common name (i.e.- Smith or Jones) where I
would get LOTS of names displayed, I get an error message -->An unknown
error (-17789) occurred.
Any ideas on why this occurs? Any idea on how to fix it?
