Disable SPS integration in Office 2003

I have Sharepoint Portal Server 2001 and Office 2003.
When I close a file in Word that is checked out to me I get a dialog where I
can choose from 3 options:
Check in file
Keep checked out
Discard changes and undo check out

Is there a way to disable the SPS integration in Office or in any other way
prevent this dialog from appearing?

I have allready customized my Office 2003 setup to make 'Office tools |
Windows Sharepoint Services support | Windows Sharepoint Services support'
not availible but that does not seem to have any effect on SPS integration.
