Disable Stationery backgrounds.

I want to disable the use of the stationery in Outlook XP?

Don't select one. You can change the settings in Tools-> Options-> tab Mail

If you are installing using an MST file (thru Custom Installation Wizard), just choose to make that Feature unavailable.

I am not. It is deployed via CD-ROM or Image

And from CD, there is not an option for Custom install? Then, each aaplication should be displayed with all of its components and some (including Stationery under Outlook, I am fairly certain) can be made "Not Available.
