Disable Survey In Admin Install

I have a network admin install of office 2003 setup for
my company. It works great, except I want to disable the
stupid "Do you wish to participate in our survey" thing.
I don't want any users to participate in the survey and
it is a real pain clicking no on every single one
manually. Anyone know how to do this?
