Disabling Right Click and faster loading

Hi
I have 2 questions, the first is, I have put in a script which disables all
right clicking and saving pictures and text, but how do I disable the mouse
over (XP) which enables a viewer to then save the pictures?

The second question is, my website contains a large amount of pictures
(which I have compressed etc.) and java applets - is there anything I can do
to make it load quicker?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Question 1:
There is no 100% surefire method to stopping a user from taking what they
want, as the HTTP protocol forces you to download the stuff anyway. The best
you can do is time out your pages rather quickly and add the types of
scripts you talk about. A knowledgeable user can still steal. NOTE: Adding
digital IDs for copyrighted material will at least give you evidence, if you
need to take someone to court.

Question 2:
Not really. You can further scrunch down the size with JPEGs and GIFs, but
you may lose quality. Best bet is to divide the site up into smaller
sections.
