disappeared fonts ~ Please help ~reposted

I know it's long.. please read. First answer didn't work.

I have tried updating the printer driver (wouldn't update because it said it
was already current), and deleting and reinstalling printer. no luck.

Look in the system file, maybe they are there.
C:\WINNT\system
If they are in this file, delete them and try re-installing.

Do a detect and repair under help in the Office application.
