Disappearing emails

Currently using MS Office 2004 for Mac(just upgraded from Office X). My ISP
is earthlink. Lately when using webmail to screen my email and selecting
emails to be sent to my inbox(caught in the spam filter) they are not
showing up in Entourage. I had 7 emails show in the download progress bar
yet only 2 appeared in my inbox and none in my junk email box.

Anyone else having this issue between approving emails and d/l them?

I have never experienced this problem. Try a custom view to find emails. The
next time, write down a subject or make a note of something you can use in a
custom view. After the download use the custom view to search for that email
to see where it is going.

It's most likely you have:

* View Unread only or Flagged only selected.
* A rule is moving the messages.
