Disarranged document views, created by Word 2003

I've created a Word documnet using 2003 & I used "Print View" when I created
this one. When I share this document with Word 2003 & Word 2000 user, this
document shows up this arranged inorder for them to see this correctly, users
have to change their "View" settings to print views or normal see them.
Is there any way to set original document in "print view" and save that
settings? SO users don't have to change their views everytime they open this
document?
OR any other suggestions? Thank you very mcuh for your help.
