disjointed webpage elements and tables

Have had my real estate site at charleshaw.com running
for nearly a year. Ever since I created a table of rows
and columns for my Listings page I've noticed any row
that contains WordArt script (Floorplans) becomes
distorted and doubles and triples in size sporadically so
that I then have to manually reduce the rows back to
their prefered size. The latest abberration is going to
my site, clicking on the Listings page to find elements
of a fill-in form drop down menus ( which is part of the
page)floating in the middle of the table. I learned by
chace I was able to grab an edge of the table and move it
around, discovering the fill-in form and more vanished
WordArt script was hiding underneath. HAS ANYONE HAD THIS
PROBLEM?
Thank you!

Word art uses absolute positioning (and is not compatible w/ all browsers), and by dragging the table around you also are absolutely
positioning it
Unless you design all absolute positioned items to be correct for all user screen resolutions and browsers. I recommend you don't
use any absolute positioning
