Dismissed Reminders not being Dismissed

Since installing SP3 for Office 2000 Pro dismissed
reminders in Outlook are not being dismissed and re-
appear time after time.

Anyone got any ideas

I would try using the "/CleanReminders" switch.
It cleans and regenerates reminders.
