display all hidden rows

I inherited a Workbook. On one of the sheets , there are gaps between row
numbers ( ... 37,38,62,63 ... ).

Placing the cursor on skinny gray area between the row headers (so that the
cross-hair contains two horizontal lines) and then selecting "Unhide" only
unhides a single row.

How to unhide all hidden rows at once ?

One way:

Select the entire sheet by clicking the grey box above the row header
and to the left of the column header. Right-click a row header and
choose Unhide.

Hi John............

Place the cursor on Row 38 and drag it to highlight Row 62 also (both entire
rows), then with both those Rows highlighted, Right-click > Unhide
