Display As name not saving

Currently using Outlook 2003. I am attempting to use the "display as" box for
Email addresses. I change the Display As name and save the contact and when I
reopen it the changes have not been saved. This seems to work fine on my work
computer but not at home. Can anyone think what the issue might be here?
