Display Database Window Problem

Hello All,
Hope its not snowing where you are,
A few weeks back I posted a startup problem and I was told that it was in
the swicthboard form.
Whats happening is when I start my application, it shows the database
window, under startup options I have got show database window unchecked, so
it should'nt start.
Any ideal as to what is making this show up an d how do you get around that
issue?

I Forgot to mention that I did change to a new blank form (no code applied
too the form) as the default startup form and still had the same results
Sorry for not posting this earlier
