Marta,
Is this PPT 2003? If so double click your chart if it is not active. On the
standard toolbar click on the datasheet button, it's right in the middle of
the toolbar. It may effect the look of your chart though. If it does select
the datatable (you will see little black squares appearing) and apply a
smaller font size.
