Hi Dahz,
You can create a custom view showing data from additional spare date
fields. As the multiple baselines Gantt chart View does not exist in
Project 2000, you'll need to create your own.
If you have copied revised start and finish dates into Start1 and
Finish1, you'll create a bar for each additional set of data you wish to
show.
1) Create a new view by copying an existing view. Choose View> More
Views, select an existing view and copy. Name the newly created view as
you wish. Click the OK button to close the View definitition dialog box
and return to the More Views dialog box.
2) Click the Apply button to apply the newly created view.
3) Choose Format > Bar Styles to open the Bar styles dialog box.
4) Insert a new row into the Bar Styles dialog box and give the newly
created bar style a name. The bars are drawn in the order they appear in
the dialog box so you may need to experiement with the position of the
lines you create.
5) Select an appearance for the new bar by selecting a color, shape and
other options from the lower portion of the Bar Styles dialog box.
5) In the Show For... Tasks area, select Normal to display the bar for
all non milestone, non summary tasks.
6) Select Row 2 if you want to be able to compare multiple bars stacked
below one another. If you leave the selection at Row 1 you will have to
be careful about selecting thin bar styles that don't overlay each
other.
7) In the From column select Start1
8) In the To: column select Finish1.
9) Click OK to close the Bar Styles dialog box.
Repeat for as many bars as you need, drawing each bar from StartX to
FinishX.
I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
