Display of fields

Is there a way to specify in a field that it will display with shading,
regardless of the viewer's setting? Thanks.

G'day "DR" <[email protected]>,

only by using an autoexec macro or similar to set the options when
that doc is loaded. Its an all or nothing thing. You can get tricky
with shading and other tricks to make it appear shaded compared to the
other fields.

Hi DR,

This is simple: colour/shade the text within the field to match your
requirements - you might want to toggle Word's filed shading on/off to see
what the end result will be either way.

Cheers
