Displaying a full calendar year although Project is smaller

Hi
I would like to use Project as tool to display implementations as roadmap
items over a calendar year. I am thring that using a new view of Gantt Chart
type. It works except that if my Project goes to march (because not all the
roadmap will be completed that far in advance, then the prinout will only
print from the start to Match. I would still like to show all the other
months (Apr - Dec) with no tasks in these months.

Is this possible

Have you tried changing the dates on the File/Print dialogue box to have a To
date of Dec?

Hi Darren,

You can set the print range beyond the end date of the project through the
File > Print dialog box.

Hi Darren,

You're welcome and thanks for the feedback.

Don't feel silly at all. It's somewhat of an odd place to put it. Most
would look in the Page Setup dialog box.
