I have a table HYInReg where the records are kept in addition to those
created by your audit logging (Alan Browne) in audHYInReg. I have an edit
form
which users can use to edit records, the source being HYInReg, the primary
keys are IDNo - Autonumber and RegisterNumber (custom number) as text. I
would like to display the audType, audDate and audUser from the audHYInReg
table for the corresponding record in HYInReg on the edit form when
a record is selected from a combo box list. I tried creating a relation
between the two tables using the key fields and required fields. I can then
display the information however, the audit logging then does not operate. I
would appreciate it if anybody could give me some direction on this as I am a
novice to Access. Many thanks.
I would appreciate it if you could suggest any solutions.
