Displaying From option when replying to email or in new email.

I have several accounts set up in Outlook 2003. I want the From option to
appear to display my email account which is being used to send new or reply
email. I also want to display emails recieved ordered by recieving email
account. I don't know which email message was sent to which of my email
accounts. I want to thank all who will reply to this question.

how about a rule applied to all incoming email directing the email to
folders
named for the accounts...
