Displaying 'Sent To' in any folder other than the sent folder

Hi
I order to make organization easier I often move items from the 'Sent'
Folder into subfolders. When I do, I cannot modify the header column to
display who the email was sent to - it only shows who it came from - which
was obviously me. Not very useful having a folder with hundreds of emails
with my name in the header. Seems a simple problem but I cant find the
solution !

Thanks, James

When you use the Preview Pane below, you can add the "to" column. This would
work on older versions of Entourage.

If you like the 3 pane view, you can use Spotlight search on this folder to
easily view mail to a specific contact.

Another thought is to save the spotlight search as a Custom View. This could
create a long list of views. Using just the spotlight search is the easiest
and quickest way.

If you set a category to your contacts, you can search by category too.

These tips are for Entourage 2008 that has the new Spotlight search.

Thanks.

I am using Mac Office 2004.

I prefer to use the 3 pane view. I assume from your suggestions that the
2008 version doesn't address this either ?

Thanks, Rufus

No, but in defense, this is the first time this request has been made.
Spotlight search in Entourage 2008 is so fast, that feature alone makes
upgrading worthwhile.

You'll need to toggle between 3-pane and preview below to search.

If you don't need Exchange you can get Office 2008 very reasonably. $129.99

Thanks.

I do need exchange. Maybe with Mobile ME coming, I won't. And then maybe I
won't need Entourage. How does Entourage 2008 rate cf Mail on OS x 10.5 ??

What is cf Mail?

Here is the upgrade ($199.99)to Entourage link:

The new Mobile Me sounds really cool. Will be interesting to see how
Entourage works with it.

Diane,

I think Rufus meant the abbreviation cf. See the following from Dictionary:

cf.

part of the same written work).
