I have 10 or so clients using Entourage 2004 on a Windows network. They
are using a Exchange 2000 SP 2 for mail. The issue is that mail just
disappears, and never gets to the where its supposed to go. BUT if they
connect remotely using a PC in Terminal services all the missing mail
suddenly appears. Both the server and the clients are running the
latest service patches. We are at a loss and out of options. Can anyone
shed some light on this.
