Dissapearing Hours in Task Usage

We have a Project that in task usage View you can see the actual Work hours
in it's column, but whe move to the detail area & you make the project show
the Work & actual Hours NO numbers appear in any of the period slots.

Hi Jose,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

I'm not fully sure I understand you, but I assume you're looking at the Task
Usage view and you have inserted a column for Actual Work. On right hand
side in the details time-scaled cells, right-click and select Actual Work.
Now select your task and click the Go-to button on the Standard toolbar.
Are you saying all the cells are empty?

Yes, Indeed this is case. Wehave done this and the detailed info that is
supposed to be On right hand side in the details time-scaled cells is blank,
either for actual and work which are the selected items in this view. and yes
we have verified that the font color is NOT WHITE. The interesting thing is
that the actual work and work are shown in the left columns.

Hi Jose,

Assuming you have assigned resources to the tasks, I can only suspect
corruption. We need to discover whether your project is at fault, whether
it is Project at fault, or whether it's your PC. Does the symptom occur
with other projects on this PC? Does it occur with this project on other
PCs? Does it occur with other projects on other PCs?

We are using a Terminal Server to run Our MSProject Server, therefore
whenever you log on you will see the same results, different users have the
same results with the project in question. Then the only explanation must be
as you indicate is corruption of the Schedule of this project.
