Dist List

I was sent a distribution list as an attachment. Is there
a way to add or import this list into my pab without
typing them all in?

What kind of attachment?
Why a PAB? PAB's were replaced by the Outlook Address Book years ago. It may
not support the import of a DL from current Outlook versions.
